It doesn’t matter what you say, but how you say it. You can be brutally honest about what you think, but if said in a tactful manner you can get your point across without offending the party on the receiving end. At the end of the day, I still choose to be genuine… but still need to work on being more sensitive.
I didn’t realise that telling someone “to not sweat the small stuff” would make the person feel more paranoid that they’re sweating the small stuff. -_- Working harder on my choice of words, interpretations are often endless as every word holds a different meaning to everyone.
