Since introducing the Message feature for Facebook Pages, we’ve been frequently doing user support through that channel too – users will sometimes email and message, or assume they can escalate their requests.

The NEW “Saved Replies” feature will save page admins so much time. By selecting the ready template, we can simply customize the replies instead of typing the same thing from scratch.
